QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY  

  

Etic Online, S.L. (Mercado IT), is a company dedicated to:  

  

Asset management of computer equipment: networks, servers, data storage, microcomputing and mobile devices for refurbishment and subsequent marketing.  

  

The management is committed to comply with this Quality and Environmental Management Policy, acquiring a commitment to the requirements and needs of our customers and interested parties.  

  

This commitment is based on the following guidelines:  

  

Establish, develop and maintain  

  

A Quality and Environmental Management System that complies with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 standards, reflecting the needs and expectations of our customers and interested parties.  

  

Compliance with current legal regulations  

  

To apply compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory standards in the performance of our activity.  

  

To carry out periodic internal audits of the Management System, which provide evidence of its correct adaptation.  

  

Establishment of objectives, goals and programmes  

  

To provide the necessary resources to achieve the quality and environmental management objectives established.  

  

To carry out periodic monitoring of the same, through the indicators established for this purpose, in order to ensure continuous improvement.  

  

Customer satisfaction  

  

To continuously understand the needs and expectations of our customers, with the sole aim of increasing their degree of satisfaction.  

  

Respond to possible complaints that may arise from the development of the activity.  

  

Raise staff awareness of the importance of knowing the needs of customers, providing improvements to achieve their satisfaction.  

  

  

  

Relations with suppliers and/or subcontractors  

  

Carry out a continuous selection and evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.  

  

Staff involvement  

  

Continuously train all personnel involved in our activities, improving their skills.  

Encourage the detection of opportunities for improvement to avoid risks and weaknesses in the development of the activity.  

  

Encourage consultation, participation and active involvement of staff in management.  

  

Raise awareness and sensitise personnel through training in good environmental practices.  

  

Protection of the health and integrity of personnel  

  

Comply with the applicable legal regulations on occupational risk prevention.  

  

Evaluate the risks to which workers are exposed, derived from the performance of the activity.  

  

Investigate situations that could have a negative effect on the health of workers.  

  

Conservation of the environment and its surroundings  

  

Complying with the current legal regulations on environmental matters.  

  

Promote appropriate environmental behaviour among external personnel.  

  

Prevent pollution, using resources rationally, thus reducing consumption and emissions into the atmosphere.  

  

To manage the selective collection of waste in order to facilitate recycling.  

 

  

 

The Management of Etic Online S.L. undertakes to review and modify, if necessary, the quality and environmental management policy on a regular basis, ensuring that all the sections set out above are still in force, that their content is consistent with the objectives of the company, as well as with the expectations and needs of our customers.
